Why do you want to take this position (Provide detailed arguments justifying your interest in the work):I haven't been on the server cuz of severe sickness and I joined yesterday after abt a week of absence and I started playing b wars solos and in every match there was a cheater and I've reported every single one till now and 2 got banned while I was still playing and idk abt the rest I feel like the staff team is doing a great job but sometimes they also false ban players which can be frustrating and cheaters on the server also ruin the experience of other players which I wanna prevent I can guarantee the decrease of cheaters if I get this position cuz I play everyday for a long time and I run into a lot of cheaters and I would like to be a part of the staff team overall I would like be get this position to improve other's experience on the server and protect the server from rule breaker and keep it a safe space for people to play in
