Hello, I was banned from AgeraPvP on October 14 while playing normally with my friend. During the match, I reported a player for cheating, and OhCash_ banned that player. After the match ended, OhCash_ suddenly teleported me to the lobby for a screenshare, which caught me by surprise.
I cooperated fully and gave the staff access to my PC for the screenshare. However, I received a ban before the PC check was completed. The moderators continued checking, but I was later told to wait. I waited for around 30 minutes without touching my mouse or keyboard, but nobody returned.
Afterward, I contacted OhCash_ to ask what had happened. He told me that he had only connected me with the other moderators and had not handled the punishment himself.
After looking into the situation, I learned that my ban may have been related to a VPN application on my PC. However, the VPN was only present as a startup application and was not actively running during the check. I believe this may have been misunderstood, and I would appreciate it if the staff could review the evidence and verify whether the application was actually running.
I cooperated with the screenshare and did not intentionally try to hide anything. I feel that the situation deserves another review, especially since the PC check was apparently not completed before the punishment was issued. I would also appreciate the clarification regarding the VPN rule, as AgeraPvP itself provides a VPN service.
I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply requesting a fair review of my case and the evidence used to issue this punishment. Thank you for your time.
