Hello, I got banned from AgeraPvP while playing normally with my friend. During the match, I reported a hacker, and OhCash_ banned him. After the match ended, OhCash_ suddenly teleported me to the lobby for a screenshare, which caught me off guard.
I gave him access to my PC and cooperated with the screenshare. However, before they even finished checking my PC, I was already banned. They continued checking but didn't find anything, and then they told me to wait. I waited for around 30 minutes without touching my mouse or keyboard, but nobody came back.
When I realized they were gone, I asked OhCash_ what happened. He told me he had only connected me with the other moderators and hadn't done anything himself.
I honestly don't understand why I was banned. I was playing normally, reported a hacker, and cooperated with the screenshare. If they found something suspicious, I'd like to know what it was because, as far as I know, there was nothing wrong with my PC.
Please review my ban again because I sincerely believe it was unfair. I just want to know what I did wrong and get a fair decision. Thank you.
